The upcoming, highly-anticipated title Danganronpa 2x2 will feature a new voice for its iconic, despair-loving headmaster, Monokuma! That's right, the master of ceremonies for the killing game has been recast, and the new talent stepping behind the mic is none other than the legendary voice actor, Wasabi Mizuta!
This is a monumental change, as for years the character was defined by the unforgettable performance of the incredible Nobuyo Ōyama, who has since retired from the role. Her chilling yet goofy portrayal gave Monokuma a unique brand of terrifying charisma that is synonymous with the series.
